Detects the visitor's country via IP geolocation and applies allow/block list rules. Blocked visitors see a full-page message (with optional redirect URL) instead of the storefront. Useful for region-locked products (alcohol shipping, regulated electronics, geo-restricted SaaS) and for compliance with sanctioned-country export controls.
