Sell cut-to-size online — and plan every sheet before you cut it
Customers order panels from a cut list with edge banding, rounded corners and primer, or lengths cut from bars and profiles. Dirora prices the order, nests the parts onto your sheets and exports the plan for your saw or CNC router.
Cut-to-size doesn't fit a normal product page
A panel order is a list of parts, each with its own length, width, quantity, thickness and edge finish. A normal product page can't price that, so most panel cutters still take orders by phone or email and work out the price and the cutting plan by hand.
Dirora treats cut-to-size as a product type. The customer builds the cut list in your store and sees the price as they go; the order turns into a cutting plan in one step; and sheets leave stock when that plan is confirmed, so inventory matches what was actually cut.
Where panel cutters lose time
Quoting every cut list by hand
Every enquiry means adding up areas, banding metres and corners in a spreadsheet before the customer even sees a price.
Wasted sheets
Laying out parts by eye leaves offcuts that could have been parts. Over a month, that waste is real money.
Re-typing orders for the saw
Orders taken online still have to be keyed into separate optimisation software or drawn up for the CNC.
Stock that doesn't match the workshop
Sheets and offcuts are used without being booked out, so the website sells material the workshop no longer has.
Built for cutting businesses
From the customer's cut list to the sheet layout and the stock count.
Sheet panels cut to size
Customers enter or paste a cut list — length, width and quantity per part — choose a thickness and add edge banding per edge (matching or contrasting colour), rounded corners and primer on one or both sides.
Live pricing per m² or per sheet
Charge by finished area or by the sheets the order uses, plus banding, corners and primer per part. Set minimum charges and size limits so every order is one you can cut.
Cut-to-length with lot tracking
Sell bars, rods, profiles and cable cut to the length each customer needs, priced per unit of length. Stock is held as lots of physical pieces and every cut is tracked from pending to completed.
Automatic sheet nesting
The Cut Planner lays parts onto your sheets for panel saw, two-stage beam saw or CNC router, respecting blade kerf, edge trim, part spacing and grain direction, and shows the yield and the cost of parts versus waste.
CNC-ready exports
Export any approved plan as a DXF in millimetres for CNC routers, a PDF for the workshop, or SVG and CSV. Saved plans keep the settings they were cut with, so a reprint always matches.
Orders to plans to stock
Turn sheet orders into cutting plans in one step. Sheets leave stock when the plan is confirmed, and materials can link to stock components with purchase orders for replenishment.

Compare plansQuestions about cut-to-size
Can customers paste a cut list?▾
Yes. Parts can be entered one by one or pasted as a list. Lengths and widths are in millimetres and are checked against your size limits and sheet sizes before the order reaches the basket.
How is edge banding handled?▾
You define banding types, thicknesses and colours once in the Cut Planner. Customers choose banding per edge, matching or contrasting, and the banding thickness is taken off the cut size automatically.
Which machines does the Cut Planner support?▾
Plans can be built for a panel saw, a two-stage beam saw or a CNC router. Exports are DXF in millimetres for CNC, plus PDF, SVG and CSV.
Does it keep track of sheet stock?▾
Yes. Each material can link to a stock component; confirming a cutting plan deducts the sheets used, and purchase orders replenish them.
Which plan do I need?▾
Cut-to-length works on every plan. Sheet cut-to-size and the Cut Planner need Pro or above.
