Dirora
For print shops

Run your print shop online — from customer artwork to the press

Customers design stickers in your store, upload artwork with their order, or request a quote for anything custom. You track every job on a production board and take payment by link. All built in, from the free plan.

Printing is made to order — most platforms aren't

A print order isn't finished at checkout. It needs artwork, a proof, sometimes a quote, and a run through the workshop before it ships. Generic platforms stop at 'order placed', so print shops end up stitching together a file-upload app, a quoting tool, a spreadsheet for the jobs in progress and an invoicing service.

Dirora keeps the whole job in one place. Artwork arrives with the order or from the online designer, custom work goes through quotes with files and chat, production moves across a board you define, and the customer can still swap their artwork until the step where you lock it.

What print shops struggle with elsewhere

Artwork arrives by email

Orders come in on the website, files come in by email, and someone has to match them up. Missing or low-resolution files are found days later, when the job is already late.

No way to price custom work

Odd sizes, special materials and bulk runs don't fit a fixed price list, so the quote happens over email and the order is keyed in by hand.

Jobs vanish after checkout

'Processing' covers artwork checks, printing, cutting and packing. Without your own steps, nobody can see which job is where.

Late artwork changes

Customers ask to change their design after it has gone to print. Without a cut-off, every change is a negotiation.

Built for print and custom products

Everything below is part of the platform — no file-upload apps, no quoting plugin, no separate job tracker.

Online sticker designer

Customers upload artwork and design a sticker in your store. A die-cut line is traced around the art with adjustable border and bleed, the background can be removed in one click, and low-resolution artwork is flagged before ordering.

Catalogue-priced stickers and finishes

Each sticker shape links to a configurable product, so sizes, finishes (matte, gloss, glitter, holographic, clear) and pack quantities use your normal prices, bulk discounts and stock.

Flyers, business cards and menus

The same designer lays out flyers, cards, letterheads, notepads and folded menus on your paper sizes, with an optional fixed company header or footer, and exports 300 dpi print files.

Quotes for custom jobs

Sizes outside your presets and one-off jobs become quote requests with files attached. Chat with the customer, share revisions, then turn the approved quote into a paid order.

Production board with artwork lock

Add your own steps under Processing — artwork check, printing, cutting, packing — and move orders across the board. Choose per step whether customers can still change their uploaded artwork.

Payment links and branded documents

Email a secure payment link for phone or trade orders. Invoices, packing slips and credit notes are generated automatically in your brand colour.

Questions from print shops

Can customers upload their own artwork?▾

Yes. Products can ask for files at checkout, and the sticker designer handles uploads directly. Files stay attached to the order, and customers can replace them until the production step where you lock changes.

How are stickers priced?▾

From your catalogue. Each shape is linked to a configurable product whose variants carry the price for each size and finish, so bulk pricing and stock work exactly as for any other product. Sizes outside your presets go to a quote.

Can I quote custom jobs?▾

Yes. Customers submit a request with files, you discuss it in the quote chat, share revisions and milestones, and the approved quote converts into an order with secure payment.

Can I take payment for orders made by phone?▾

Yes. Create the order in the admin and send a payment link by email. The customer pays by card on your store domain and the order is marked as paid automatically.

Do I need a paid plan for the designer?▾

No. The Design Lab, quotes, the production board and payment links are available on every plan, including the free Starter plan.
